This policy explains how Perfume Alchemy handles information submitted through perfumealchemy.pages.dev and related website addresses.
Information we collect
When you order, we collect your full name, mobile number, complete delivery address, selected products, quantities, optional notes, order totals, order number, and order date and time. Basic technical records may also be processed for security and reliable website operation.
How we use information
- To validate, record, confirm, prepare, deliver, and support COD orders.
- To contact you about an order, delivery question, failed delivery, or requested change.
- To prevent misuse and maintain accurate business records.
Browser storage and cookies
Your shopping bag is stored in your browser using local storage so it remains available while you shop. The protected admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. We do not use the cart storage to track you across unrelated websites.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and the D1 order database. Brevo processes transactional order-notification emails. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your parcel. Opening Messenger is optional and is subject to Meta's own privacy practices.
Data retention and security
Order information is retained only while reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access to the order dashboard is password-protected, secrets are kept in encrypted platform settings, and data is transmitted over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your order details, or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. You may clear your browser's site data to remove the locally stored cart. Messenger handoff is optional; your saved website order remains the official record.
